As well as designing bespoke programmes that respond to specific business needs, she has created a series of popular workshops that support people in corporate environments to develop their self-leadership.

What IS self-leadership?

It's easy to focus our attention on how we can become better leaders of others. But truly effective and transformative leadership starts with how we lead ourselves, from the inside out.

Self-Leadership encompasses:

  • Taking back control of how you experience the world around you, rather than feeling that events and interactions happen TO you.

  • Consistently making decisions that are right for you, rather than looking to those around you for direction.

  • Building your resilience and reducing exposure to burnout.

Manage Your Stress Response Corporate Workshop

Managing Stress

To a greater or lesser degree, we all experience stress and anxiety. And it's easy to believe that we are not in control of our response to stressful events. But there are many ways in which we can better manage our stress response, and take back some control of our day-to-day experience of life and work.

In this interactive workshop, we explore what happens in our body-mind system that leads to 'stress', and how we can bring ourselves back to a state of calm and connection. Each participant will leave with a personal 'stress management toolkit', that they have adapted based on their own unique triggers and response to stress.

Setting & Maintaining Boundaries

Boundaries - always a hot topic in the working world - has been one of the buzzwords of the last two years, as personal and professional lives have blurred more than ever before.

In this practical workshop, we explore:

  1. What are boundaries and why are they important?

  2. Why do so many of us struggle to set and maintain boundaries?

  3. How to create Boundaries that support a balanced life and sustain your wellbeing.

Participants leave with a deeper understanding of their unique relationship with boundaries, and tools to experiment with new ways of bringing boundaries into their life and work.

Building Resilience Corporate Workshop

Building Resilience

Every day, each of us face challenges. Experiences or interactions that frustrate, anger, sadden or discourage us. Facing challenges is part of life. But, just like an athlete recovering after an enormous physical effort, our ability to bounce back from challenges depends on our Resilience.

In this interactive workshop, we explore the factors that contribute to Resilience, and how we can strengthen our own capacity for Resilience. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their personal 'resilience equation' and practical steps they can take to improve it.

Leader as Coach

In a position of responsibility in an organisation, we wear multiple hats - manager, leader, mentor and coach. Study after study have shown that coaching - an approach that seeks to empower rather than direct - has lasting benefits on people’s confidence and performance at work. But what IS coaching, and how can you learn the skills to coach those around you?

In this interactive workshop, we explore the principles of coaching, and practice the three core skills that make for an effective coach. Participants will leave with a toolkit they can put into place immediately, to lead their people in a different and powerful way.

Giving & Receiving Feedback

Everyone understands, intellectually, that feedback is necessary within an organisation for growth and for relationship-building. So why is it often so….DIFFICULT?

In this workshop, we start by exploring each participant’s personal relationship with feedback (positive and critical) and reframe feedback in a way that brings more energy and ease.

We then explore tools and techniques that increase the value and impact of feedback for ourselves and for others, using a 'before / during / after' structure.

The result? A more positive and empowering relationship with feedback, and more willingness to use it as a vehicle for growth of self and others.

Intuitive Decision Making Corporate Workshop

Making Decisions with Authority

Do you regularly find yourself stuck in indecision, or second-guessing the decisions you do make? Do you look to those around you for guidance, or get caught up in endless over-analysis? What would it be like to make decisions with ease, and trust that they are right for you?

In this experiential workshop, we explore your ‘inner authority’ — an invaluable asset in your work and personal life. We look at what intuition actually IS (spoiler: it's not magic!!), and experiment with a different way of making decisions. You'll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, and a curiosity for what can be possible when you trust your inner voice.
